If you can answer yes to all the sections below then we would love to hear from you.

Can you spare up to 11 hours a month answering calls from hospitals, sending jobs to riders and drivers, knowing that you have played a part in potentially saving someone's life.

All duty controllers must have their own pc or laptop. Sadly due to the software we use, tablets / ipads are not suitable.

You need a good internet connection, ideally broadband, although some of the new wifi packages will work fine.

You require a telephone (ideally 2, 1 home and 1 mobile). We mention 2 phones so you have a backup in the case of one breaking down. Your numbers are NOT handed out, our switchboard will divert to your phone.

Whats Missing ?
As you can see from our logo, we are missing our B's, O's and A, so are the Blood Donation Service. Here's how you can help.

Manchester Blood Bikes back drive for new blood donors.
Working alongside NHSBT, Blood Bikes Manchester will be on Market street, City Centre Manchester this weekend supporting the call for new donors to come forward.
As part of the international Missing Type campaign, they will be on market street showcasing the great work they do to support all parts of the local NHS.
The blood service is looking to sign up more than 250 new donors over the Friday and Saturday to help build the pool of blood donors for the future. Blood stocks now are healthy but it is imperative that we build for the next generation of blood donors to ensure consistent supply.
Blood Bikes Manchester are one of the silent heroes of Greater Manchester, making nearly 1400 vital deliveries this year alone of blood, samples for testing and specialist support such as donor breast milk.
Come down to market street on Friday or Saturday between 10-4 and find out how you can become a life saving blood donor or be part of the incredible Blood Bikes team. ‪ #‎MissingType ‬ , ‪ #‎NHSBT ‬ , ‪ #‎NABB ‬ , ‪ #‎itswhatwedo
